Since the firm’s inception, a significant part of our practice has involved the field of workers’ compensation. Our work in this area has consisted primarily of representing businesses, both large and small, in the defense of workers’ compensation cases. We also routinely consult with businesses regarding procedures, practices and preventive measures which may be utilized in order to minimize their workers’ compensation exposure. While our work has primarily involved the defense of such cases, we have also assisted a number of injured claimants in the prosecution of their workers’ compensation claims.
